2. Service Description
Investment Property Mate provides property portfolio tracking and forecasting tools for informational purposes. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice.
3. Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Subscription, Trial, and Billing
- Free plan includes the features advertised in-app and on our website.
- Paid features are described in-app and in app store listings.
- Payments are processed by Apple App Store and Google Play.
- You are responsible for managing renewals and payment method details with the payment provider.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service unlawfully or in ways that could harm the platform or other users.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, data scraping, or interference with service operations.
6. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights in the app, brand, and related content. You retain rights to data you upload or create in your portfolio.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
Forecast outputs depend on assumptions and may not reflect future market conditions or outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for serious misuse, fraud, legal risk, or non-payment for paid plans.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
